We recently assisted a man in Algonquin, IL after he was struck while riding his motorcycle by a driver who failed to stop at a red light. The collision sent him across the intersection, striking his head on the concrete.
The man was treated for lumbar disc protrusions, as well as an ACL and medial meniscus tear to his knee that required reconstructive surgery. After months of physical therapy, he still struggled significantly with his daily activities and experienced episodes of knee-buckling and sharp pain that radiated from his back to lower extremities.
We demonstrated his difficulty driving, sleeping, and walking, and obtained a $50,000 settlement on his behalf.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
