Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C. is thrilled to announce Nassibah Bedreddine as our 2023 scholarship winner!
Nassibah was selected from an extensive pool of candidates to receive the annual $5,000 Staver scholarship award. She plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She’ll major in Media and Journalism with a double minor in Spanish and Arabic. Nassibah’s enrollment in UNC-Chapel Hill’s Honors Carolina Program highlights her dedication to personal and intellectual growth.
Nassibah maintained an impressive GPA throughout high school. She was involved in multiple honor societies and extra-curricular activities. In addition to being an editor of her school newspaper and digital arts journal, Nassibah also worked as a reporter, winning a national Gracie Award for a story she produced in 2021.
Nassibah’s scholarship application displayed a profound commitment to social and economic justice. In her essay, she explained how her passion for helping others and her pursuit of investigative journalism relate to public safety. Nassibah also revealed a deep understanding of personal injury lawyers and their role in advocacy and community safety throughout history.

For eight years and counting, the attorneys at Staver have supported aspiring scholars with an annual scholarship. Winners receive a $5,000 award. Applicants are carefully selected from a competitive group. Each applicant provides a brief essay that explores the impact of personal injury lawyers and how to promote safety initiatives every day.
To be eligible, an applicant must be a current college or a high school student who has been accepted into an accredited college or university in the U.S. They must also have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate good character and strong motivation in the face of challenges, and show an understanding and appreciation for the firm’s work.
Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C. strives to relieve some of the financial burdens of attending university with our annual $5,000 scholarship. This year, we are proud to support Nassibah Bedreddine in her endeavor to promote public safety through journalism.
