Opportunities & How to Apply
Staver Law Group is a Chicago personal injury firm that is entirely client-driven. We do not have administrative staff to handle legal intake – instead, we make it a point to pick up the phones ourselves and work with clients right from the start. We also believe that all Staver Law Group attorneys should be familiar with current cases.
We handle the following types of cases:
- Car Accidents
- Other Vehicle Accidents
- Public Transit Accidents
- Premises Liability Cases
- Medical Malpractice Cases
- Wrongful Death Cases
- Workers Compensation Accidents & Claims
As a law student, you might be exploring different internship opportunities at big firms, smaller firms, and the public realm. Interning with Staver Law Group will allow you to learn Chicago personal injury law first-hand and work alongside our associates. You will see how injury cases are handled and dealt with throughout various levels of the legal process. In addition, you will learn about more about the operations of private practice.
- Conducting research
- Writing client letters and communication
- Drafting Bills of Particulars, motions, and other documents
- Shadowing our attorneys in court and in client meetings
- Attending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
