An Illinois man was recently traveling through Gary, Indiana, when another vehicle ran a stop sign, struck his car and caused it to flip over. The man was transported by ambulance to Community First Medical Center to have his injuries assessed. This stop sign accident left him with serious lumbar and cervical strains as well as spinal discarnation. After a follow-up appointment, a discectomy surgery was recommended. Post-surgery, four months of physical therapy were also necessary and between the pain and the medical bills, the man wasn’t sure what to do. He contacted lawyer Jared Staver for help. Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C. negotiated a settlement for the policy limit of $100,000.
